¶ List of tested ACS devices
- If a device/model is not present in this list, it does not mean that it cannot be used with our ACS server. Most ACS clients on devices from reputable vendors should be able to connect, monitor, and manage with our ACS server.
However, it is strongly recommended to test compatibility before purchasing equipment in bulk.
If you encounter any issues with a device, whether it is listed or not, we can assist you in debugging and ensuring its proper functionality. Please feel free to file a support ticket at support@splynx.com
If there is an issue with the ACS client software that cannot be resolved by a firmware upgrade, certain problems with specific models or vendors may remain unresolved.
