
This tool can be used to export data from all the available modules in the system.
If we need to export our customers, let’s use other feature, called “Export”. Choose your delimiter and click on Export button:
Customers with all the data will be saved in a CSV file.
The exported file includes a Labels column with each customer's labels. When a customer has more than one label, the labels are written in a single cell, separated by a comma and a space (for example,
VIP, Overdue).
Besides customers and services, the Export tool can also export your support tickets. Two options are available in the module list:
Select the option you need, choose your delimiter, and click Export to download the CSV file.
Tickets export includes:

| Subject | The ticket subject. |
| Status | Current ticket status. |
| Priority | Ticket priority (for example, Low, Medium, High). |
| Type | Ticket type. |
| Customer ID | ID of the customer the ticket belongs to. |
| Customer name | Name of that customer. |
| Assigned to | The administrator the ticket is assigned to. |
| Assigned group | The group the ticket is assigned to. |
| Created at | When the ticket was created. |
| Updated at | When the ticket was last updated. |
| Closed at | When the ticket was closed (empty if still open). |
| Source | Where the ticket came from — Email, Portal, Admin, or API. |
| Partner ID | ID of the partner the ticket belongs to. |
Ticket messages export includes:
