¶ Maps
¶ Overview
This map displays the locations of all customers for whom location data is recorded on the customer information page. You can leverage this data in various ways, gaining insights from a geographical perspective.
¶ Filter
Maps feature a convenient filter that allows you to display specific data:
Show — select data to display on the map:
You can view network sites, access devices, and services (Internet, Recurring, and Voice) linked to them on the map.
Partner — the data is displayed from customers belonging to a specific partner in your list of partners.
Location — the data is displayed from customers belonging to a specific location in your list of locations.
Customer status — the data is displayed from customers with the selected status.
Customer labels — the data is displayed from customers with the selected label(s).
Connection type — select one or more connection types to filter coverage maps. All connection types configured in Coverage maps are available. Selecting a connection type automatically pre-selects the KMZ/KML maps associated with it.
KMZ/KML — select one or more coverage maps by name to display their coverage areas on the map. The list of available maps updates dynamically based on the selected Connection type(s).

¶ Map icon
You can access additional customer information by clicking on their icon on the map.
The color of the customer icon corresponds to the customer's status.
