¶ Overview (Customer Portal)
¶ Layout
Customer Portal layout can be divided into Top bar, Sidebar menu and Main page:
¶ Top bar
The following parts are located in the Top bar:
- arrow button - it collapses and expands the Sidebar menu:
- company logo/name:
- Help and support button - the customer can create a ticket with this button from any place on Customer Portal:
- customer's name - by clicking on it, the customer can navigate to their Profile or logout of their account:

Items in the menu may vary depending on the configuration by the admin in Config → Main → Portal:

Here the customer can see the information from the selected menu item:
