In Tariff plans, you create and manage the plans that you assign to customers as services. Tariff plans are assigned to customers as services, and Splynx uses them to bill customers.
Splynx supports five types of tariff plans: Internet, Voice, Recurring, One-Time, and Bundle.
- Internet plans control internet speed, limit data usage with a data cap (CAP), and define usage rules with a Fair Usage Policy (FUP).
- Voice plans charge customers for voice services and are used for CDR (Call Detail Record) processing.
- Recurring plans charge for other repeating services, such as IPTV or public IP addresses.
- One-Time plans charge customers a one-off fee, such as an installation fee.
- Bundles group internet, voice, and recurring plans, so you can charge customers for a package instead of multiple separate services.
