¶ Overview
In this section, we can view, install, or delete add-ons for integration with Splynx and other helpful tools.
¶ Steps for installing add-ons
- Ensure that both the system and add-ons are up-to-date. If any item requires updating, it will be highlighted in orange. In such a scenario, click the
Update add-onsbutton:
- When everything is updated (the installed add-ons are highlighted in green), verify the availability of updates before installing any add-ons. Click the
Check for updatesbutton located at the top-right corner of the add-ons list:
- In the list, locate the add-on you wish to install (you can use the search field) and click on the Install icon next to it:
To install an add-on via CLI, use the following commands (using the AuthorizeNet add-on as an example here):
apt-get update
apt-get install splynx-authorizenet

¶ Payment and Billing

AADE MyData integration (for Greece)
It helps customers from Greece synchronize invoices in Splynx with the AADE myData service in accordance with government requirements. -
Authorize.net
The add-on is used to synchronize customers, invoices and payments with the Authorize.net payment gateway. -
Braintree
The add-on enables the recharging of customer credit cards through the Braintree payment gateway. -
Cashdesk module
It can be used by accountants who don’t necessarily have access to Splynx, but only to process incoming payments. -
Fees add-on
It automates the process of applying various fees: blocking, reactivation fees, overdue invoice penalties, and penalties for invoices unpaid for N days. Each type of fee can be configured flexibly, and you can also set different fees for different partners. -
Holded accounting
It allows you to integrate your customers as well as their invoices, credit notes, payments with the Holded cloud-based accounting and business management software. -
NetSuite accounting
Splynx can sync customers, invoices/credit notes and payments with NetSuite accounting software. -
Ofipro contabilidad (Spanish)
The module integrates the Ofipro accounting software with Splynx, streamlining financial operations. This integration allows for automated synchronization of customer data, invoices, and payments, enhancing accuracy and efficiency in financial management for ISPs. -
PayEx
It is a payment processing module that integrates PayEx's services, allowing for seamless handling of transactions directly within the Splynx platform. -
Paymentus
This payment add-on integrates Splynx with the Paymentus platform, automating billing and payment processes. -
PayPal
The add-on facilitates seamless integration of PayPal payment processing, allowing ISPs to automate and streamline their billing and payment collection processes efficiently. -
Remita
It is a Splynx payment add-on, which enables seamless integration of your payments with the Remita payment platform widely used in Nigeria. -
Quickbooks accounting
It seamlessly integrates billing and accounting processes, enabling efficient financial management and synchronization between Splynx and QuickBooks. -
SageOne module
It integrates SageOne accounting software with Splynx, enabling automated synchronization of invoices, payments, and customer data for streamlined financial management. -
SEPA CBI
SEPA is a payment initiative by the European Union to simplify bank transfers denominated in euro, aimed at making cross-border transfers within the Eurozone. -
SEPA debit orders
This add-on facilitates seamless integration with the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA), enabling ISPs to efficiently manage and automate direct debit transactions across European countries, ensuring compliance with SEPA regulations. -
Stripe
The add-on synchronizes customers, invoices and payments with the Stripe payment gateway. -
Xero accounting
The add-on synchronizes customers, invoices/credit notes and payments with Xero accounting software. -
Zoho Books accounting
The add-on synchronizes customers, invoices/credit notes and payments with Zoho Books accounting software.

MailXstream
MailXstream provides print-to-mail services, offering an on-demand outsourcing solution for essential USPS communications production and mailing. With deep expertise in traditional print and mail services, MailXstream combines the personal touch of an in-house operation with the production efficiency typically seen in large-scale mailers. -
Realms
This module is designed to simplify the process of grouping customers that use one or different partners according to the logical areas. -
Referral System
The Referral system add-on is a feature enhancement for ISPs that facilitates customer growth through incentivized word-of-mouth marketing. It enables existing subscribers to refer friends or contacts to the ISP's services, often rewarding both the referrer and the new customer with discounts, credits, or other benefits upon successful sign-up. -
Remote Support
It facilitates efficient troubleshooting and technical assistance by enabling remote access to network devices and customer premises equipment (CPE) directly from the Splynx interface, enhancing support capabilities and minimizing downtime for ISPs and their customers. -
Social Registration
The add-on allows customers to register themselves in the Splynx portal using their e-mail address or cell phone number. Customers can also register and log in using their Google, Facebook or Twitter accounts. -
Speedtest
The add-on is used to display customers' download and upload internet speeds, their ping, jitter, IP address, and latency. -
Splynx AI
This Splynx add-on, based on artificial intelligence, is intended to evaluate the quality of feedback on support tickets. -
Ticket feedback
The Ticket Feedback add-on is a powerful tool within Splynx designed to enhance your ticketing system by enabling you to gather and analyze feedback from your customers. This add-on allows you to send automated surveys to customers once their support tickets are resolved, providing them with an opportunity to express their satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the support they received.

3CX
This add-on integrates your Splynx with 3CX service via the server-side CRM integration engine and its own API. 3CX add-on simplifies the calls management in Splynx. It's possible to listen, download the recorded files, add the comment to the call, to link/unlink call to the ticket etc. -
GenieACS
GenieACS is an open-source TR-069 remote management solution with advanced device provisioning capabilities. It can work with any device that supports the TR-069 protocol. GenieACS auto-discovers the device’s parameter tree, including vendor-specific parameters, without making assumptions about the device’s data model. -
HotSpot
(Replaced by Powerlynx, which assists ISPs and businesses in launching and monetizing affordable Wi-Fi hotspots) -
Huawei GPON
It empowers ISPs with advanced provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting capabilities to streamline GPON network operations. -
Mikrotik Discover and Export
It automates the discovery of MikroTik devices on the network and facilitates the seamless export of discovered devices into the Splynx system for centralized management and configuration. -
PortaOne
It is used to import customers' calls from the PortaOne software system into Splynx. -
Preseem
This module integrates your Splynx customers, services, and network infrastructure with the Preseem service. -
Whalebone
Whalebone is used to monitor DNS activity to indicate that a security issue may occur elsewhere in your network. This secure DNS solution provides content filtering, malware and phishing detection, blocking of outgoing SPAM or DoS campaigns, blacklisting of IPs, and many more options. As a result, it makes your network secure, fast, and reliable. -
WhatsApp
The add-on enables seamless communication between service providers and their customers via WhatsApp, streamlining support and enhancing customer engagement.

FatturaPA
The add-on enables exporting Splynx invoices into XML format, which can then be imported into an electronic invoice system. -
FCC 477 export
This module generates reports for the Federal Communications Commission (USA).
¶ Additional Features

Adminer
All data on your server can be accessed and managed using Adminer. This is our method of accessing your database to address any changes or errors that may occur, which could be inexplicable from the information displayed in the GUI of your Splynx server. -
Agents
The add-on is designed for sales representatives; it helps to organize the commission structure and calculate the percentage from new deals in your organization. -
Manticore
The Manticore add-on is a powerful search engine that enables you to find anything you need within the database using the search tool in the Admin portal. -
Resellers
Resellers is a fork of Agents add-on; it is used only for the resellers' representatives and it has the same functionality. -
SSH Term
The add-on is developed to use a terminal within the Splynx web-interface.
